False advertising, breach of contract, ***********

I have had the worst experience from a landlord's point of view with this company's branch in the Upper Highway area (Durban). Not only were they in breach of their contract with us, they then subsequently cancelled it leaving me with tenants that never paid on time if they paid. 18 months later and at a point where the tenants they placed have finally vacated my property, Just Letting Upper Highway is not willing to do an exit inspection as they are not managing my property any longer. No other agency is willing to do an exit inspection as they won't have a base to do the inspection from. This was such a disastrous experience. My only advise to other would be to stay away.
