Failure To Honour As Per Adveti*****t

I saw an advert on property 24 for a vacant lant in Naudeville, Welkom. The price was R75 000 and the size 1403 sqm.<br> I made an appointment with Lydia George to view a stand on Saturday , the 31st of January.<br> When I got there she had asked a colleague(Daniel) to take me there, on getting to the stand I was told that it's 900sqm, I immediately questioned this and showed them the advert on the property 24.<br> Daniel then said the 1403 sqm was R90 000 but since they had made the mistake they would sell it to me for R75 000 and forfeit their commission. We then went to the office to sign an offer to purchase.<br> When I got home to do a deeds search for the stand number for which the offer to purcahse was signed, the extent of the stand was 900sqm. I then called Daniel who said it must be an error and he is not sure of all the details. <br> I do not believe it was an error but a lack of committment to honour their word and the failure of the group to ensure proper tarining and verification of what the employees sell. At the end of the day, it's not Lydia but it's Just Property Group.<br> I expect a speedy resolution with a sale of the correct stand to me as advertised.
