Failure to comply top contract

I entered into an agreement with Just Letting Lonehill in February 2015 to let my property at the Williams in Fourways. During the 12 month contract, they failed to give any feed back report as agreed. During the year rental payments were constantly late by morethan 5 days. Payments were late due to just letting and not the tenant. I had to follow up with them to ask about the rental payment while they are the ones managing my property. My name was also spelled incorrect on the invoice system and could not get it fixed after sending emails to the manager. The invoices were sent to me blank most of the time. Because of all that, I decided not to renew my contract with them. The tenant was refusing to move out. I requested for my keys from their agent and only managed to get the keys after the 12th of February. The damages to the property was bad, no one wanted to rent out the apartment due to the state. As a result, Just Letting only painted and cleaned the property between the 9th and 12th February. There are still things broken at the property which they are refusing to Reimburse. Just letting is undermining my intelligence, firstly they did not ensure a reasonable tenant was occu
