Dreadful Service from Just Letting

Renting out apartment through Just Letting Sandton for 4 years. New ownership of franchise in Jan 2015 only discovered in March 2015 on querying non receipt of monthly expenses. Have been having numerous problems with Just letting since then. Discovered they have not been paying a special levy to body corp. Although they claim they have, are unable to provide proof of payments. Penalties and interest charges on these non payments have been acknowledged by Elmarie Winter of Just Letting as their responsibility but nothing is done about this. Over the last month Elmarie does not take my calls nor respond to any messages left her. Amy the \owner"is never reachable and never responds to messages. Their Head Office in PE informs me that they are not interested in any matter to do with their branches - that their ED will not take my calls. I would highly recommend this dysfunctional institution read their mission statement"
