Don't use Just Properties Hartbee****rt!

On March 25th this year my partner moved into a property. It was dusty, the kitchen sink was leaking, some of the lights were not working, one of the bedroom cupboard doors was broken, sliding door wasn't working, kitchen taps were not working well, the toilet wasn't flushing properly and the shower wasn't working properly.

The agent Sandra Van Rooyen had promised that everything would have been fixed within a week. Guess what? It's April 11th and only the shower door and some of the lights have been fixed. Sandra has been nothing but unhelpful and has sent us the rudest and equally unhelpful contractors who do not fix what they are meant to.

Please don't use Just Properties if you are renting. The service has been disgusting. On our end we paid the full deposit and have paid our rent. Their office just keeps telling us that they are escalating this but there has been little to no action. Disgusting! I cannot wait for this contract to end.
