Dont rent with Just property! they are in constant breach of contract and dont care!!

Just property is a let down to the real estate industry. Never have i met such disorganized, rude and pathetic Portfolio managers.

Water bills were never sent to us on time- we would request them and get no response. We sat in the house with a clogged kitchen sink for two weeks because they were busy in the office and could not follow up with the plumper.

The had incorrect wording in the lease which stated that we do not pay fore waste disposal and sewerage, but they billed it to us none the less.

when we queried it they agent said it was his mistake and they acted like it was fine! that is a clear breach of contract.

Now we are waiting for feedback on the lease and that sad case of a manager at the N1 City branch in Cape town refuses to respond to us.
