DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE - YOU WILL REGRET IT

<p>I wish to report this branch for the manner in which it treats customers.</p> <p>Firstly, we waited forever for a copy of the lease.</p> <p>I live in this unit with my husband and my 6 year old son and my daughter who was just born recently. </p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly, we had a hot water issue that took almost 2 months to resolve because they sent electricians and plumbers who were not correctly s****ed or qualified. After fighting for assistance, the Franchisee Maryke puj something, apparently her husband actually owns it not her, calls and says its our issue and she doesn't have time for this ********** <p> </p> <p>We were told to bath properly as we are finishing the whole 150l capacity of the geyser when ONE person bathes. We were also told there is absolutely nothing wrong with the geyser by the 'electrician' they found on the corner by Builders warehouse. They sent countless strangers to our house that didnt have a clue what they were doing. The problem continued...</p> <p><br />We were shunted from pillow to post by these people and sent to the body corporate for assistance which they couldn't provide as it was just propertys job to provide assistance. They FINALLY sent a qualified electrician almost 2 months later, only to find the unit next to us, had their geyser *******ly bridged to ours. We were also overcharged for their usage which these people have still no addressed. I am STILL waiting for FEEDBAC****<br />When you contact Ingrid- the rudest accounts person ever, she just drops the call. Ingrid even told me I am IMAGING having no Hot water and its '*******' according to her. I have never received an apology or nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>We then received a threatening email from Nonhlahla about allowing viewing this unit. Let me say that my lease ends next month only so I am owner and I occupy this unit and pay it until 30 November 2016. SHE NEVER EVER phoned to ask not ONCE but has the cheek to threaten to keep my deposit for not doing her job. I hope you know that a phone account will show if you ever dialed my number, which you know you DIDNT. I have had it with Just property. I am reporting my story on various social sites, hello peter, I am in the process of lodging with the Rental tribunal and estate agents affairs board.</p> <p> </p> <p>These people put customer service to shame. GOD BLESS ALL THE LIES THEY HAVE TOLD AND STORIES THEY MAKE UP.</p> <p>.</p> <p>I urge you to deal with your staff at this branch and there is no ethics or excellent service at their core like your mission statement says.</p> <p> </p> <p>Extremely frustrated client that will NEVER do business with this company and I will make sure I tell who I can what I experienced so people dont deal with your company.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have decided to write to carte blanche as well as these people are *****ing peoples deposits and misquoting the law!!</p>
