Worst Housing Agency Ever!!!They don't care about the Tenants and they just rip you off. They want to use their contractor as im sure they take a cut out of the amount. Im charged with almost R5000 to remove 6 nails and repaint 6 walls where the nails are,re clip in a shower door and replace a light fitting which was cracked.(The housing agent didn't take photo of all the damaged)It was said i can get a quote to do the minor repairs but when push comes to shove, the Owner of Just property stepped in and said her word is final they will use their contractor as that is what the house owner request?????????My quote is half of Martins quote!!!!!!!I am the one who is paying for the repairs.

There was also a payment agreement made with the other occupant of the property to pay his outstanding debt but now the whole deposit gets taken after a legal document has been drawn up???I paid my part of the rent every month now you want to hold back my part of the deposit for someone else debt?????I will tell my experience as far as i go..They never get back to you, they dont have communication s****s,and they do everything to keep your deposit. I should have done the wrong thing to not give notice not pay my last months rent and said keep the deposit.

How you are still open i don't know,I will take this further to all the available channels there is. Please take the time Maryke to read all of the bad reviews... All of these people on Hello Peter your Facebook page the same things happen over and over again.
