DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY.

If you have the choice, DO NOT deal with this company. If you are a Landlord please do make your tenants have to deal with Just Property. If you are a tenant having to deal with Just Property (Blouberg - more specifically) have the rental housing tribunal on speed dial.

There is no communication, there is no professionalism, leases will have amendments made to them & estate agents will look to hold you liable for all secret costs, without ONCE communicating ANYTHING to you.

Dealt with just property blouberg & have never met a bunch of people that embody the ''wolf in sheeps clothing'' metaphor better than the estate agents that work here.

Do not bother escalating anything to upper management, you''ll simply lose yourself in a string of emails between administrators & managers lying to get an extra cent out of you, defending their agents or completing overlooking your complaint.

This company needs to be looked into, they are filthy, they are shady, from the bottom all the way up.

if you have the choice, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, if you have the unfavourable experience of having to rent via them or due to your landlord, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS AS A TENANT AND HAVE THE RENTAL HOUSING TRIBUNAL ON SPEED DIAL.

Awful company, Awful estate agents, the ratings should be FAR lower.
