dissapointed service -malvern branch

Terrible customer service from the Malvern branch. My tenant is absconding and daily i have to contact the manager to try and get feedback .What i was promised as a Landlord and what i received is something else . Promised the world by the agent and now i am told i must not contact the agent but the management. My tenant is absconded from paying rent and the agency has not urgency what so ever.They charge you for management of property however from seeing it they did nothing to manage the property.All damages and tenants running up the bill is now my cost...Worst experience and wont ever suggest them to anyone .Cant be with a company that complains go on deaf ears..I must state though there is a admin lady who is more on the ball than the rest of the team ...dont know why they give her the promotion ...Sherise potigeter thank you for assistance ..other than that terrible customer service..they dont even answer their phones or dont return calls...who is reading this ....please dont ever use this company ...terrible...actually cost me more using their service ....and to think went this route to avoid issues but would have been better doing it myself ....seriously dont make the mistake
