Dismal "service" - withholding deposit against agreement!

********** customer "service". Withheld my deposit in breach of the agreed and signed lease agreement (paid after 14 days, where lease stipulates 7 days). after me emailing them constantly, they ignore the mails and made countless empty promises. they also slapped on a R500 fine which they back dated almost 11 months in arrears when paying this deposit back, after not mentioning it at all during the lease period. they advised that they would send photographers to take pics of the place for advertising, only for us to be greeted at the door by 4 groups of strangers viewing the place (as i was told it was a photographer, i had guests around for a braai...)

their communication is non-existent, their attitude stinks, they have no regard for the consumer, i would rather be homeless than use them again!

fyi, all of this was escalated to their director and MD AND customer service team, and the service was no better!
