Dishonest Company

<p>I had been transfered from PE to JHB for work and was looking for a place to stay up there, i had found a place and moved in. Once the wife had come up a month later and doing our sums we needed to move to something cheaper, so we ended up breaching the contract and paying the penalties for doing so, we then found a cheaper place through the same rental agent, once again depoist was paid etc. As life always has its own plans i was asked by the company to please go back to PE as they needed me there, so we gave the rental agency around 21 days notice that we would be moving out. After two weeks i had sent a mail asking when i will get my deposit back as we knew that there was nothing damaged etc in the place, the response i got was that it would be paid out in 24 to 48 hours, a month later and nothing in the bank, i once again send a mail and get told the utility needs to be paid after we had a disagreement about that as well, i told them to please take it of the deposit and pay the rest back to me, then all of a sudden they have not found anyone to stay in the place yet and needed to use the depoist for rent as i was still liable for the rent. So Just Property you have got enough money out of us and i will make sure never to use your brand again as you will most probably snake me out of more money.</p>
