Disgusting service finding tenants

For rental management they are okayish

For finding new tenants they are useless. The following things happened at my place in IQ Brooklyn.

- I was communicating with so many different people from the business that I got confused who I was supposed to be in contact with. - Half of the agents that I was in contact with never got back to me. - I gave them my property to find new tenants for in November. They said they were on the ball. In late Jan the following year, I found out that they did not give me any documents to sign and my unit was not actually listed. The ladies excuse was that she did not have access to my apartment to take pictures of. She then states that if people enquire about the property advertised(there were other units up), she will tell them about mine over a phone call.
