Disgusting behavior

I was assisted by your staff member named Jessica. She was the agent showing me a property in Burgundy Estate. I had viewed the property and requested a second viewing with my partner, thereafter the tenant was not letting anyone come see the property as there were tons of excuse and stories. A week went by and Jessica apologised for this and said she's been trying her hardest to get us in the property however there was issues with the Tenant at time. I thereafter decided to proceed with the sale of the property, a few hours before the signing Jessica says there was another offer that she had signed for the property, knowing full well that I was interested and the delay was with your tenant and not me. I was really upset and she spoke to the seller and confirmed that the seller would accept my offer. Upon signing verbal and watsapp agreements regarding pricing and t&c was accepted by myself and the seller. So this was the second time the offer was accepted by the seller. The next day she called to say there is a higher offer, if i want to increase, which I refused as I wouldn't be in this situation if everything went right the first time. I then had to find out online that the property was sold. I was really upset with the manner in which Jessica handled this situation. There was no Integrity upholded. In this like of business it's how you treat people that is how you get referral business, and she did not treat me with any empathy, understanding my frustration and being humane about this, and the way she went about it. Will never refer my family and friends nor will I ever do business with a company that does not respect and have dignity for clients.
