Disgusted

The most shameful, inconsiderate, ********* and poor client service received by not only the agent Hendrik VD Berg but also their inspection lady Chelsea from their Burgundy office. So they sell you the property receive the commission but refuse to take responsibility for the state our new property is in. Inspection gets done without us, we still haven't received inspection forms. I have experienced bad service before but this trumps bad service.. I had to take the route of reporting this to the EAAB..
