Disaster!

<p>I gave my property to Just Property Midstream in December 2016 to rent out for us, the Agent proceeded to give the tenant occupation WITHOUT recevieing the deposits or required rental in advance because she felt sorry for the lady and against my strict instruction not to without the required deposits in place.</p> <p>Needless to say this has been the biggest disaster and after 6 months of not even R1 from the tenant I am left to deal with an Eviction application to High Court and the agency stands back with their hands in the air </p>
