Disappointment with Service and Property Management

It’s been less than two months since I moved into one of their properties, and I’m already regretting my decision. The level of professionalism and care from this company is extremely disappointing.

As a tenant, I’m expected to maintain the property responsibly, yet my belongings are constantly at risk because of the negligence of their appointed suppliers. Even after raising these concerns, the company has done nothing to address them.

They continue to enforce strict rules that disadvantage tenants while ignoring issues that compromise our comfort and safety. I truly regret choosing their services and would not recommend them to anyone. I hope they one day understand what it feels like to be treated with such disregard.
