Devine Intervention - Just Properties PE - Meryl & Theuns

First of all - I earnestly prayed to our Father to show me which Real Estate Agent I needed to take/use for the selling of the house and to bless the house and the estate agent/s.

I heard the name Just Properties over the radio. I google the name and it gave me numerous pictures of agents.

Suddenly the beautiful picture of a blond smiling woman, just popped out on the page , her name was Meryl Hefer. As a plus, her resumé was really impressive!!! ( do check it out!) I immediately emailed a picture of the house and informed her that I wanted to sell the house. In 10 minutes' time she phoned me,( such a friendly, caring voice) and booked a time-slot to visit me at home. Over the phone I immediately realized she spoke with an authoritative voice about her subject - she absolute knew the nitty gritty of the real estate world. Meryl and Theuns Botha assured me that they would handle everything, as I have a demanding job and cannot run around for clients/ keys.

They took sole mandate. I provided all the documents they asked of me - they were absolutely hands-on and delivered excellent service. Their handling of the affairs of the house was professional and I really had peace of mind.

I call it a "Divine Intervention" - the listing and Walk-through Video ( absolutely beautifully done) appeared on the network, 1 day- and a client contacted Meryl and Theuns - he was also the buyer. Then everything went at a pace of lightning.

I will always recommend Meryl and Theuns from Just Properties. They are two wonderful people that through their professionalism also dealt with me as a cherished friend. They were always available when I needed them and always kept me up to date with the process of the transaction.

Meryl, Theuns, you will always be dear to my heart. I pray the blessings of our dear Father God over your lives and your business.
