Deposit Refund

Just Letting Lynwood - You will never see your deposit. Dear fellow prospective tenants Please be forewarned regarding doing business with Just Letting Lynwood. You are highly unlikely to ever get your deposit back. More important - demand that the check list be completed with you upon moving out & signed by both parties. I am still waiting for the Landlord to authorize this when moving out was told landlord wants the inspection to be completed ASAP now Landlord is out of the country. WHAT A LAME EXCUSE.
