Deposit not paid out as promised

I was renting a place from just letting in Sun Set beach, with the move in inspection there was various faults that I took pictures from and sent to Just letting, they assured me that it will be looked at. after nearly a month I could not handle these issues and had to terminate the contract. I lost lots of money dew to early cancelation but I tried my best in resolving the issues with the letting agent. On the move out I get a mail that they want to hold me responsible for damages that i reported with fotos on the move in :( how does this work ? <br> <br> It then took them more tan a week to do the outgoing inspection and then I am held responsible for the grass being long and the ****s :( again I have pics on the day of the move out that the garden was doen and the house cleaned. <br> <br> ok long story short i was promised my part of the deposit back today and when i called the office they were on leave already. so much for a nice Christmas
