Deposit not paid back, Passing the bug

Moved out from the house but the deposit has not been paid back to us. No one wants to take responsibility, no feedback is given to us when we enquirer, our moving out inspection is not yet sent to nus to compare with the new tenant. Very disappointed as we moved out end of December and our money is not paid back
