Deposit not Paid back

Just Letting was my rental agent and at the end of March I moved out of the apartment. My lease agreement states that 7 days later (07April2016) your deposit will be refunded to you if no breakages were found. My deposit was refunded back to me 7 days late (14April2016) from the date it was suppose to be issued and it was a reduced payment. This was a contract and I consider this a breach of contract. My deposit was withheld due to outstanding utilities not being paid. This is why a utility deposit was also given to the agent. The reason for the account was not being paid was due to the incorrect invoicing of the account. How does one pay an account if you don't know what is the amount due and the invoice is incorrect.<br> <br> After numerous calls and inquiries prior to moving out, no action was taken and my voice fell on deaf ears. Now i bear the brunt of a useless agency.<br> <br> Never going to deal with Just Letting again!!!!
