Deposit not paid as promised

After moving out on the 31st of December 2015 , my deposit hasn't been paid. They keep giving excuses. the contract stated the deposit should have been paid two weeks after moving out but this has been a tumultuous battle with them. I am not sure if this rental agency understands the law. Its unfortunate that the housing tribunal 's phone keeps ringing because such companies really can not be allowed to continue traumatising people like this. Its hard earned money and someone feels they can add a whole list of whatever they want to the deposit and half of your deposit must just be taken by them. i am beyond words at the treachery of this industry. <br>
