Deposit Money

I rented a townhouse on number 99 Marine Drive in Margate through Just Property Margate. My contract was for 5 months, I moved out end of December 2020. After waiting for almost a month for my deposit, I was actually informed by Miss Tanya about huge quotations that were going to be charged on my account. I was charged for the light covers which were never there, a lot of items that I left but I was charged for them. The unit was left very neat and clean but I was charged for cleaning it, not to mention the condition that I got in, I have communications where I was promised that people were going to come and clean and that never happened but because of the desperation, I ended up cleaning myself. Cherise gave me her word that the landlord Mr. Naidoo was going to come and fix the bathrooms but that never happened. To my surprise now I am charged for the unit interior cleaning. Can someone please urgently intervene, It is enough that I didn't get my deposit I can not incur the cost of renovating that unit. The most disturbing part is that today I got a letter from their lawyers RSB they still putting charges on this account, from an amount of 2k to 5k. Renting that flat was the worse decision I have ever made.
