Deposit being held for money the owner owes!!!

we used to rent a property thru Just Letting, when we wanted to go renew our 12 month contract the owner/landlord informed us that he was going to cancel his contract with them so we shouldn't go renew. <br> <br> now we are moving from the property, we still haven't received back our deposit.<br> <br> Lindie Vosloo @ just letting said they will not pay our money back because the owner is in breach of contract with them. <br> <br> they cant keep our money because they say he owes them money!!!! <br> <br> this is against the terms and conditions in the contract! and also she now refuses to send me a copy of the signed contract because my parents co signed!
