The tenant has the right to cancel a lease early by giving the landlord 20 business days notice. The tenant must also remember he will be liable for a reasonable cancellation penalty.

You kept my deposit and I have given you more than two months written notice - no damage to the place - place was left cleaner then when I moved in, garden was in better shape as well. Deplorable really.........
