Delivering bad service and lying to tenants.

We were looking to rent a home in Olifantshoek in the Northern Cape as at that stage we were still living in Kathu. We went on OLX to see available houses in Olifantshoek and found an advert stating that it is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, garage, borehole, air conditioning, prepaid meter and 2 flats in the yard and that the house is to rent for R9000. We came and look at the house and decided to take the house because it's nice and big and have borehole and air-conditioning. The agent that showed us the house also said there is a borehole and air-conditioning is working as well as that water is included. So we moved into the house at a rent price of R9500 and not R9000 according to the advert. After we moved in we found out the borehole is not working and also the air-conditioning is not working. Then the agent came and told me we have to get statements from the municipality as we are responsible for the water account but we were told water is included. The yard was not even cleaned before we moved in and. We are unhappy about the matter as Just Property Group is only concerned about money the whole time not even paying attention to their tenants and their problems.
