****** and ******* and no customer service at all

I have been renting with Just Letting for just over a year and the service that I have received is terrible. The billing is also not correct at all they charge their own electricity prices and will over charge you and bleed you out. I tried talking to them and all I get is empty promises. The electricity bill seems to get higher and higher every month even though I have tried my best to save electricity. Please do not go into business with this rental ******** of an agency cause they will bleed you out and they will not assist you with anything.
