Contract Breach, Abnormal Termination

I have been renting the same place for 9 years. On 1 Sep 2014 I renewed the contract as I do every year. The amount was R 7477.<br> <br> On 24 Nov 2014 I receive a letter stating an unilateral meeting was held and that the rent is now R 10 000. Upon dispute I am given two months notice. On 1 Dec 2014 Just Letting sends me a letter stating they are giving me 20 days notice \as per the contract".<br> <br> I am forced to appoint an attorney to intervene. Up to date Just Letting has no explanation of what happened. I notice on Hello Peter they don't bother responding and that is exactly what you can expect.<br> <br> In the meanwhile I bypass the agent and go directly to the owner. I have written proof that they breached the contract and that they subsequently terminated the contract"
