Concerned tenants at villa egoli rental via just property
As per sharing a lease with the company we are now only in our 7th month.
They have been over charging us with water and electricity bills. They constantly base our monthly bills with estimated amounts. We recieved a ridiculous amount in March of R8966..whereas on a normal basis however there is no stable amount that we are billed on instead our bill increases monthly based on estimations by the company.
We went into the form to query this. We were than told that the above amount will be rectified and we will recieve feedback but we didn't recieve nothing till today. We rather receiving lawyers letters to evict us from the premises this month. I was made aware via e mail. No phone call recieved.
All payments are up-to date it is just the above mentioned. And due to these people MY CREDIT RATING IS TREMENDOUSLY AFFECTED.
I AM HIGHLY UPSET AND NEED them TO BE NOTIFIED ON THIS.

Yetvthe only payment is the one from. March outstanding because it was queried upon and no feed back is given.
The estimations still continue till today. Taking this into account I am very unhappy with it.
Why are we not charged for correct usnage.
When I moved in here ALL PAYMENT WAS DONE ON DATE ACCURATELY.
I AM NOT SKIPPING PAYMENTS THE MENTIONED PAYMENT OF ONE MONTH IS IN ARREARS BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY HAS NOT COME BACK TO US AFTER WE MET WITH THEM.
I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED TO know THAT this causes us to be evicted now it comes across as I can not afford the rent.
But if you check records all payments are made on time.
