COMPLAINT

I have had to endure a disasterous relationship with the Just Letting Hillcrest franchise for a year plus now. From the onset they did not live up to their end of the agreement. the problems continue with the majority of the Just Letting team at this franchise being unable to deal with matters and their Branch Manager disinterested by virture of not taking or returning calls / replying to emails. Even a call to the Just Property Head Office and subsequent email has not been rep**** to. The tenant occupying the property I leased through Just Letting has not moved out at the end of December 2014 despite being given repeated notice since the middle of last year. Just Letting continue to do nothing expect collect a monthly commission from the rental payments. <br> <br> I wlll NEVER recommend Just Letting / Property to anyone as they offer nothing in return for the fees the earn
