Complain about deposits money back

Hi my name is zola shabane Iwould like to complain about just property queens burgh iv been waiting for my deposits money since end of may it been 14 day already and they are refusing to give me my money every time i ask hem they tell me they waiting for a quote for cleaning and today they told me the quote is 4500 so they cant release the money until they get the second quote they always coming up with different stories I'm so disappointed with them i need my money back
