Complain

*********** people and poor service, once u give them money, they fail to deliver, I just rented a house now from the 1st of october and on the 2nd de electricity went off coz previous owner didn't pay electricity bill and now m in a dark house with kids and we can't even bath for work, weren't they supposed to solve this issue long before I even moved in coz I paid deposit on de 15th of September as they where persistent and I did point out a few things that needs to be fixed and that urgent gave me her word, that by de time I get in everything will be fixed and sorted, so now this the electricity, all I want is my deposit so I could leave their premises, now they tell me abt contract, I ddnt sign a contract that say I must stay in the dark, all they ever wanted was money and ddnt bother doing paperwork of whether electricity is paid or not,,, they ****** ***********, I want nothing to do with them, all my food in the fridge is spoiled and who must buy them? Me again? I'm so angry even my high blood went up
