Cancellation of rental

Since day one I only received poor service from just properties kathu. Bad attitude from owner. We are moving, two months ago the estate agency said we would not loose our dep as the owner wants to do repairs on the house. Now that we gave notice two months ahead, with already somebody new to rent, they charge me 16 740.90 cancelation fee
