By far the Poorest, Most Pathetic, Unprofessional Service from a property agent ever

<p>I dont even know where to start, they started lying and cheating the first moment I moved into the premises. W & L was suppose to be included. After 2 months I receive a bill water and lights outstadning. With R 390 added for late payment. I disputed this and the account gets handed over with another late payment fee. The landlord were only told I didnt pay and my lease were not renewed. I traced the landlord and he was supprised. Well he then wanted to move to another agent because of there poor service. At the end of my lease now end April, they informed him if I remaind in the premises his liable for costs, therefore I need to move out by month end. Now they send me a bill without and invoice of statement saying i owe another R 1100 odd rands, after I paid R 1500 extra in March and they said Im now in credit. People be ware when you sign with JUST *****S PROPERTIES, they only enrich themselves not worried about the Tenant or the landlords. Spread this as far as you can just maybe someone does something about these ******. </p>
