My recent experience with Just property. The interaction I had with one of your agents in regards to the rental property in Sunningdale was highly disappointing. During the viewing, there were approximately 20 other people present, and the agent provided no assistance or support. It seemed like a chaotic process with no regard for potential tenants' needs or concerns. Furthermore, the application process was rushed, and I felt pressured to complete it immediately after paying the application fee. Despite this, I have serious doubts that any thorough vetting was carried out, and it appeared more as a strategy to generate revenue. Following my application submission, I experienced a lack of communication and transparency from your agency for nearly two weeks. Despite my repeated attempts to obtain feedback on the status of my application, I was met with vague responses and ultimately received a generic rejection without a valid explanation. When I requested a refund of the application fee due to doubts about the legitimacy of the process, I was informed that it is non-refundable as stated in clause 1.2 of the application form. This only added to my frustration and disappointment with your agency. I strongly believe that such practices are ********* and misleading. The lack of accountability and transparency throughout this process reflects poorly on your agency's reputation.
