Breach of contract with Bad Attitude and Pathetic service Just Property Jeffreys Bay

<p>I cancelled my 12 month rental contract for my property in Jeffreys Bay. The entire 12 months was an admin nightmare where i had to ensure payments were received, correct payments received. I just could not take it anymore, wasting R650 a month with bad service. Now that the tenant has moved we are on day 21 and the last payment for water and electricity of R1179 is still outstanding. After numerous phone calls to Francois Fick and Marietjie at Just Property Jeffreys Bay to follow up what is happening all i get told is it will be paid, the tenant has received the account and they are sure he will pay. The Just Property contract clearly states in Clause 11.1/2 that the tenants deposit will be used to refund owner before the balance of the deposit is paid back. Clearly Francois Fick does not know the contents of the contract he also signed. Now it is not about the money anymore but the principle of continuous bad service. Anyone wanting to make use of Just Propety in Jeffreys Bay, think twice as it will be your worst nightmare.</p>
