Breach of contract

I have been renting with just letting for some time now and have moved within my contract just letting has signed and myself my deposit should be returned by the 7th of the month and that is law across the board I have been pushed from pillar to post it is the 11th and still no deposit back it is disgraceful how do I get my deposit
