Boulevard 210- just property agency

We rented boulevard 210. The AC is not working so I called the maintenance number. I spoke to Monita from Just property. She was extremely rude and asked why I need the AC. Further to this, the toilet is not filling...but no I can't phone her because she is having Christmas lunch!!! We drove 2 hours to be here! Surely, you should have someone on standby if you are letting out property during peak season! A beautiful destination and property with a useless and arrogant letting agent! Surely, politeness should be mandatory in the hospitality industry.
