Borehole

I bought a house in August 2020. The advert stated "borehole on property. It has been years and alot of money out of my pocket trying to get specialists to trace the borehole, but nobody is finding it. Just Properties agents are not even trying to assist no matter how many e-mails I sent. Their transferring attorney's now stated "The sale does not speak of a borehole", yet on the OTP line 13 where they specify if there are any faults with the bore hole they ticked (no) and not (N\A), meaning they were unsure if it is working or not. If they had ticked N\A I would have understood that the borehole is non existent and does not apply to the sale.
