They start charging ridiculous fees the moment you start applying, that can be as high as R1500 they force you to do a credit check that has to be done through their system and they charge R150 per person on the lease. Then they have the audacity to add an admin fee to your monthly rental every month. Ours was R100 a month And don't think that this extra charge means you get better service or more perks than any other agency.

As plenty of other reviews have stated, there is always a problem with refunding the deposit. We lost R700 of our deposit even though nothing was noted as wrong on the outgoing inspection. On top of this they did not even respond to our email when we asked about the deposit. The Housing Rental Act is very clear, yet this agency does not care about the law, nor do they care about customer service. Deductions from the deposit must be reviewed and signed for by the tenant, yet we have no idea where this money went and what it was used for. We can only guess that it was for more "hidden fees".
