Billing/Account Penalty

<p>How is it possible if you arranged with the agent for settling the deposit the end of the month and in 7 days you have pay a R1000 penalty fees and then R250 handover fees and R60 for a letter of demand. I am only staying now for a month at this property. I think other people need to know about Just Property taking money left and right. At first, how can they just want to keep your deposit?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have paid now R5500 where I said I will pay but just received that I still need to pay more.</p>
