Beware Just Propery - Port Elizabeth

In January, I found a place that I was interested in. Chloe Smith was the agent onsite. We processed the paperwork and and all went downhill from their. Turned out that she is selling the place on behalf of her brother-in-law and was unable to commit to agreement and each time I was told anything, it was non factual and changed. 4 months later the sale went through. The levies advertised were a year old and had increased by 13% before the property was advertised.There is a clause stating that the roller door motor was to be working. I was told, in writing, that the motor would be replaced. She then had Securiworx come in and repaired the motor that lasted only 4 days. Marcel Naude returned to repair his repaired work and refused to offer any warranty on his workmanship. I had to deal with the franchise' owner Andrea Stevens, who rep****, most of the time with "have spoken to Chloe and she is on it." not the service that one would except. I had to involve Just Properties Head office to be ensure that this matter was treated with respect. After weeks of trying to resolve this. Andrea Stevens when took this matter seriously and had the motor replaced and and compensated me for the difference on the levies. There is still the issue pending on the warranty, but was the last email states. "Chloe is on it." been 3 weeks now.
