Very very unacceptable agents who do not know how to speak to a human being. Very unprofessional and does not deserve to be doing business with anyone in this country south africa! A simple question turns into a rude commentary.

Having reviewed the correspondence, we understand that your enquiry related to a proposed rental arrangement involving short-term subletting. Unfortunately, the proposed arrangement was not one that we could accommodate for this property.
