Bad service from Just property Midrand

Poor service i have received for the past 10 months from Just Property in Midrand and their client (Landlord), my flat is 87 in Colnbrook,6th road, Noordwyk. Flat had mold/fungi before i moved in and the agent from Just property promised that this will be fixed before i move in, i have been staying in this mess of the flat with my wife and kids for the past 10 months and this has not been fixed since, roof from upstairs has been leaking for the past 10 months. I have to follow up with them always and landlord and Just property have no care at all about my family's health
