Bad service and lack of promices

Hello there i want to complain about Just Letting and there lack off service. Im renting from then since Desember 24th 2015 , the guy who showed me the place promiced me everything will be sorted out beginning of january 2016 as i knew it was festive season i understood it. but since today none of that stuff has been sorted out till today!!I am seriously fed up speaking to them , i had electricity problem(paid R1700 the month for electricy for 2 bedroom flat , i want money back) i got it better but it still not like it should be adn it is not SABS standerds. there is alot of stuff that needs to be corected in the flat like:The carpets was not even washed after we moved in , there's paint peeling of the wall , the sealing is falling down , tap is leaking , doors are broking , wood is missing in the pantry and some few minor stuff as well and all that stuff Alf promised me will be sorted out as soon as he can , not even one of that stuff is been sorted out. Not even a phone call or email that they will start doing the stuff and i have asked them several time to come back with me with a date.<br>
