Bad news!!

Gave my house to Just Letting Klerksdorp only to find out that they sent false ********** documents to the municipality claiming to be me on behalf of the tenant. Let the account go in arrears of R35655!! Afterwards made promises to pay account off - which only happened a few months. Im losing tenants one by one cause of power cuts. Erika the principal is NEVER available and every month you phone they have new staff.. No wonder.. Today again my power have been cut and like usual Erika unavailable. Apart from that, the same tenants made damage to my house of app R50000.. At first Just Letting promised to fix everything - just again an empty promise. And let me also mention that there was a tribural case in which tenant should repay us - apart from the municipal account, R31000. First money to be paid were Jan 2014. Needless to say that I have not received one cent.<br> <br> Stay as far away from Just Letting as you possibly can!! Bad Bad News
