Bad costumer service and de*****ing innocent people.

I rented out a house in Hesteapark Kareesig from Just Property Group in Pretoria North.I paid a deposit of R7000 and R1300, Then I was told that I had to pay R1800 deposit to Huurkoor,which I did with a promise of getting my deposit back when I moved out..I moved out in 13 May 2022 ,but before I moved out,we cleaned the yard,the and what was left was the gabbage in the waste bin outside..I consulted with the agent whom was helping me when I moved in and she assured me that everything was in good order except for the bedroom window which I brought to her attention that was broken down by the wind accidentally while I was away in North..She assured me that everything (I have voice notes from her)was in good order and she had no idea why my deposit money was taking long to come and said to me it's just office politics that was going in her office about why didn't she do the inspection prior to me moving in.Mind you,she had nothing on paper to say how the place looked like prior to me moving in.The lady in the accounts department started telling me about the things that I complained about when I moved in and said I'm responsible to fix them, and as such I'm not going to get my deposit back.When I pleaded my case,she came out right to tell me that she believes her people and she's was not interested in discussing my deposit with me..This company treated me bad,very bad because of the color of my skin,for her to even go to and extend of telling me that she believes her staff more than me, then I asked her..I tried talking to her even at her office and I was turned away, told to first make an appointment.. This is the very same person,whom I called and complained about the condition of the house in the first place and she told me that the owner of the house said,he didn't have money to fix the house,but in the end, I'm made to loose R7000+R1300...She came across as very very rude and disregarded me as a client and a woman of color.She can't even provide a paper to say what the place looked like,when I arrived and I still hold the original papers and the agents voice notes..
