Bad, bad service

<p>I have been struggling to get my deposit back from Just Letting in Kathu. At first they told us there were 2 keys missing (to what was initially given to us). I arranged that the keys be cut and it was delivered to their offices. I heard nothing for a few days and started to phone to find out where my deposit was. I spoke to Lezaan and she said she authorised it so the payment could be made, but I should speak to Mariaan. When I spoke to Mariaan she couldn't even find the file so it was not given over for payment. Then I found out that there were 2 small holes in the wall (which apparently wasn't there on the last exit inspection) and they had given the go ahead to their handyman to repair. They are charging us R450 for 2 holes no bigger than a 10c. When I spoke to Alecia she informed me the handyman had to buy Polyfilla, paint and he is charging for the petrol to get all of this done. I have asked for photo's of before it was fixed and I want to know exactly how much paint and polyfilla was used, I haven't received that as yet. I have asked for my money back on numerous occasions, to a point where I am not even asking anymore I am shouting!! I want my money!!!! </p>
