BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!

We have recently had dealings with Just Letting Vereeniging - we were in a rental property for 6 months and this must have been the worse experience with a property company ever. I certainly hope that the way they operate is not the norm out there. From beginning to end we have dealt with *********** people. Initially we wanted & signed a 12 month contract with the agent only to find out as we were moving in that the landlord only wanted a 6 month contract. If we had known this we would have looked for alternate accommodation as this was a big and expensive move for us for just 6 months. We never missed a payment yet every month we received a \letter of demand"e-mail and even got threatened with eviction - this while our landlord told us in person that he's never had good tenants like us. We paid our water and electricity account every month. Our W&E bill is 100% up to date. Paid a 1300 dep for that and now they are keeping 2500 for estimated water! How ridiculous! Our water usage was never more than R500 pm. And then we've had to beg for our dep to be refunded! Their attitude is disgusting!!! Stay away from them!! """
